As he got into the boat, his disciples followed him. ¹ 

When they went up into the boat, the wind ceased.

Now ¹  a great windstorm ²  developed and the waves were breaking into the boat, so that the boat was nearly swamped.

Then they wanted to take him into the boat, and immediately the boat came to the land where they had been heading.

They ¹  immediately left the boat and their father and followed him.

So they went away by themselves in a boat to some remote place.

As they got out of the boat, people immediately recognized Jesus. ¹ 

Immediately he got into a boat with his disciples and went to the district of Dalmanutha. ¹ 

Then ¹  he left them, got back into the boat, and went to the other side.

After getting into a boat he crossed to the other side and came to his own town. ¹ 

Meanwhile the boat, already far from land, ¹  was taking a beating from the waves because the wind was against it.

So he said, “Come.” Peter got out of the boat, walked on the water, and came toward Jesus.

Then those who were in the boat worshiped him, saying, “Truly you are the Son of God.”

After sending away the crowd, he got into the boat and went to the region of Magadan. ¹ 

Immediately he called them, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired men and followed him.

When evening came, the boat was in the middle of the sea and he was alone on the land.

Then he went up with them into the boat, and the wind ceased. They were completely astonished,

Now ¹  they had forgotten to take bread, except for one loaf they had with them in the boat.

Then the soldiers cut the ropes ¹  of the ship’s boat and let it drift away. ² 

And a great storm developed on the sea so that the waves began to swamp the boat. But he was asleep.
