“‘This is the law of the guilt offering. It is most holy.

The law of their God controls their thinking; ¹  their ²  feet do not slip.

“This is the law of the temple: The entire area on top of the mountain all around will be most holy. Indeed, this is the law of the temple.

“‘This is the law of the peace offering sacrifice which he ¹  is to present to the Lord.

to teach when something is unclean and when it is clean. ¹  This is the law for dealing with infectious disease.” ² 

The law you have revealed is more important to me than thousands of pieces of gold and silver. ¹ 

Listen, ¹  my child, ²  to the instruction ³  from ⁴  your father, and do not forsake the teaching ⁵  from ⁶  your mother.

My child, guard the commands of your father and do not forsake the instruction of your mother.

Instruction ¹  from the wise ²  is like ³  a life-giving fountain, ⁴  to turn ⁵  a person ⁶  from deadly snares. ⁷ 

“This is the law of the diseased person on the day of his purification, when ¹  he is brought to the priest. ² 

This is the law of the one in whom there is a diseased infection, ¹  who does not have sufficient means for his purification.” ² 

This is the law of the one with a discharge: the one who has a seminal emission ¹  and becomes unclean by it, ² 

“‘This is the law for cases of jealousy, ¹  when a wife, while under her husband’s authority, goes astray and defiles herself,

After Rehoboam’s rule was established and solidified, he and all Israel rejected the law of the Lord.

They taught throughout Judah, taking with them the scroll of the law of the Lord. They traveled to all the cities of Judah and taught the people.

The law of the Lord is perfect and preserves one’s life. ¹  The rules set down by the Lord ²  are reliable ³  and impart wisdom to the inexperienced. ⁴ 

Listen to the Lord’s word, you leaders of Sodom! ¹  Pay attention to our God’s rebuke, ²  people of Gomorrah!

The earth is defiled by ¹  its inhabitants, ²  for they have violated laws, disregarded the regulation, ³  and broken the permanent treaty. ⁴ 

For these are rebellious people – they are lying children, children unwilling to obey the Lord’s law. ¹ 

“This is the law ¹  of the Nazirite who vows to the Lord his offering according to his separation, as well as whatever else he can provide. ²  Thus he must fulfill ³  his vow that he makes, according to the law of his separation.”
