So Joshua made flint knives and circumcised the Israelites on the Hill of the Foreskins. ¹ 

Then Samuel went to Ramah, while Saul went up to his home in Gibeah of Saul.

They went through the pass, spent the night at Geba. Ramah trembled, Gibeah of Saul ran away.

This very day, standing in Nob, they shake their fist at Daughter Zion’s mountain ¹  – at the hill of Jerusalem.

The boundary line will extend beyond that, straight west from there to the Hill of Gareb and then turn southward to Goah. ¹ 

The blessings of your father are greater than ¹  the blessings of the eternal mountains ²  or the desirable things of the age-old hills. They will be on the head of Joseph and on the brow of the prince of his brothers. ³

Until the dawn arrives ¹  and the shadows flee, I will go up to the mountain of myrrh, and to the hill of frankincense.

Afterward you will go to Gibeah of God, where there are Philistine officials. ¹  When you enter the town, you will meet a company of prophets coming down from the high place. They will have harps, tambourines, flutes, and lyres, and they will be prophesying.

So Joab and Abishai chased Abner. At sunset they came to the hill of Ammah near Giah on the way to the wilderness of Gibeon.
