Babylonia ¹  will be plundered. Those who plunder it will take all they want,” says the Lord. ² 

I will give it to foreigners as loot, to the world’s wicked ones as plunder, and they will desecrate it.

The Moabites ¹  said, “It’s blood! The kings are totally destroyed! ²  They have struck one another down! Now, Moab, seize the plunder!”
