In my zeal for God I persecuted the church. According to the righteousness stipulated in the law I was blameless.
but only a certain fearful expectation of judgment and a fury 1 of fire that will consume God’s enemies. 2
For where there is jealousy and selfishness, there is disorder and every evil practice.
