He ¹  will reward ²  each one according to his works: ³ 

He who calls you is trustworthy, and he will in fact do this. ¹ 

But they were indifferent and went away, one to his farm, another to his business.

For whoever has will be given more, but ¹  whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him.” ² 

Whoever tries to keep ¹  his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life ²  will preserve it.

For when it is time to eat, everyone proceeds with his own supper. One is hungry and another becomes drunk.

For whoever wants to save his life ¹  will lose it, ²  but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.

And, ‘Whoever swears by the altar is bound by nothing. ¹  But if anyone swears by the gift on it he is bound by the oath.’

For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, ¹  but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it.

One person regards one day holier than other days, and another regards them all alike. ¹  Each must be fully convinced in his own mind.

“It was said, ‘Whoever divorces his wife must give her a legal document.’ ¹ 

Blessed is anyone ¹  who takes no offense at me.”

and whoever wants to be first among you must be your slave ¹  –

and Judas Iscariot, ¹  who betrayed him. ² 

And he said, “Whoever has ears to hear had better listen!” ¹ 

For whoever is not against us is for us.
