So they spent ¹  considerable ²  time with the disciples.

Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.

Then he instructed his disciples not to tell anyone that he was the Christ. ¹ 

I brought him to your disciples, but ¹  they were not able to heal him.”

Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples,

As ¹  all the people were listening, Jesus ²  said to his disciples,

Then after this, he said to his disciples, “Let us go to Judea again.” ¹ 

This was now the third time Jesus was revealed to the disciples after he was raised from the dead.

When ¹  Jesus had finished saying all these things, he told his disciples,

So ¹  they left the tomb quickly, with fear and great joy, and ran to tell his disciples.

Because of the crowd, he told his disciples to have a small boat ready for him so the crowd ¹  would not press toward him.

He did not speak to them without a parable. But privately he explained everything to his own disciples.

But ¹  some of the Pharisees ²  in the crowd said to him, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples.” ³ 

When they were all satisfied, Jesus ¹  said to his disciples, “Gather up the broken pieces that are left over, so that nothing is wasted.”

After this ¹  Jesus revealed himself again to the disciples by the Sea of Tiberias. ²  Now this is how he did so. ³ 

As ¹  Jesus ²  was having a meal ³  in Matthew’s ⁴  house, many tax collectors ⁵  and sinners came and ate with Jesus and his disciples.

When the Pharisees ¹  saw this they said to his disciples, “Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?” ² 

When ¹  Jesus had finished instructing his twelve disciples, he went on from there to teach and preach in their towns.

he took the seven loaves and the fish, and after giving thanks, he broke them and began giving them to the disciples, who then gave them to the crowds. ¹ 

Then Jesus said to his disciples, “I tell you the truth, ¹  it will be hard for a rich person to enter the kingdom of heaven!
