He ¹  will reward ²  each one according to his works: ³ 

So then they said to him, “What must we do to accomplish the deeds ¹  God requires?” ² 

If I do not perform ¹  the deeds ²  of my Father, do not believe me.

Now the works of the flesh ¹  are obvious: ²  sexual immorality, impurity, depravity,

So also faith, if it does not have works, is dead being by itself.

‘I know your deeds: your love, faith, ¹  service, and steadfast endurance. ²  In fact, ³  your more recent deeds are greater than your earlier ones.

Now when John ¹  heard in prison about the deeds Christ ²  had done, he sent his disciples to ask a question: ³ 

Similarly good works are also obvious, and the ones that are not cannot remain hidden.

Therefore pay attention to what they tell you and do it. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they teach. ¹ 

They ¹  do all their deeds to be seen by people, for they make their phylacteries ²  wide and their tassels ³  long.

For everyone who does evil deeds hates the light and does not come to the light, so that their deeds will not be exposed.

But the one who practices the truth comes to the light, so that it may be plainly evident that his deeds have been done in God. ¹ 

The world cannot hate you, but it hates me, because I am testifying about it that its deeds are evil.

You people ¹  are doing the deeds of your father.” Then ²  they said to Jesus, ³  “We were not born as a result of immorality! ⁴  We have only one Father, God himself.”
