and entered Zechariah’s house and greeted Elizabeth.

Now an argument started among the disciples ¹  as to which of them might be ²  the greatest.

And when the people ¹  saw it, they all complained, ²  “He has gone in to be the guest of a man who is a sinner.” ³ 

He bent down ¹  and saw the strips of linen cloth lying there, ²  but he did not go in.

Peter ¹  continued talking with him as he went in, and he found many people gathered together. ² 

saying, “You went to ¹  uncircumcised men and shared a meal with ²  them.”

But I said, ‘Certainly not, Lord, for nothing defiled or ritually unclean ¹  has ever entered my mouth!’

So ¹  he got up and took the child and his mother and returned to the land of Israel.

Then ¹  Jesus ²  entered the synagogue ³  again, and a man was there who had a withered ⁴  hand.

Now ¹  when Jesus ²  had left the crowd and entered the house, his disciples asked him about the parable.

After Jesus ¹  had finished teaching all this to the people, ²  he entered Capernaum. ³ 

Then ¹  Satan ²  entered Judas, the one called Iscariot, who was one of the twelve. ³ 

After an interval of about three hours, ¹  his wife came in, but she did not know ²  what had happened.

where Jesus our forerunner entered on our behalf, since he became a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek. ¹ 

Then ¹  Jesus ²  entered Jerusalem and went to the temple. And after looking around at everything, he went out to Bethany with the twelve since it was already late.

Jesus then ¹  asked him, “What is your name?” He ²  said, “Legion,” ³  because many demons had entered him.

Now as they went on their way, Jesus ¹  entered a certain village where a woman named Martha welcomed him as a guest. ² 

People ¹  were eating, ²  they were drinking, they were marrying, they were being given in marriage – right up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then ³  the flood came and destroyed them all. ⁴ 

but they urged him, ¹  “Stay with us, because it is getting toward evening and the day is almost done.” So ²  he went in to stay with them.

And after Judas ¹  took the piece of bread, Satan entered into him. ²  Jesus said to him, ³  “What you are about to do, do quickly.”
