and all ate the same spiritual food,

Now there are different gifts, but the same Spirit.

Pray that I may make it known as I should. ¹ 

He took a little child and had him stand among them. Taking him in his arms, he said to them,

He takes away ¹  every branch that does not bear ²  fruit in me. He ³  prunes ⁴  every branch that bears ⁵  fruit so that it will bear more fruit.

He has destroyed ¹  what was against us, a certificate of indebtedness ²  expressed in decrees opposed to us. He has taken it away by nailing it to the cross.

He called a child, had him stand among them,

Now when the Pharisees ¹  heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, ²  they assembled together. ³ 

The ¹  robbers who were crucified with him also spoke abusively to him. ² 

Joseph ¹  took the body, wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, ² 

So ¹  they made signs to the baby’s ²  father, ³  inquiring what he wanted to name his son. ⁴ 

I ¹  begged ²  your disciples to cast it out, but ³  they could not do so.” ⁴ 

Jesus found a young donkey ¹  and sat on it, just as it is written,

All who believed were together and held ¹  everything in common,

But now it is no longer me doing it, but sin that lives in me.

The Spirit himself bears witness to ¹  our spirit that we are God’s children.

Now when you come together at the same place, you are not really eating the Lord’s Supper.

For I did not receive it or learn it from any human source; ¹  instead I received it ²  by a revelation of Jesus Christ. ³ 

They requested ¹  only that we remember the poor, the very thing I also was eager to do.

And in the same way you also should be glad and rejoice together with me.
