(Now they had been sent from the Pharisees. ¹ ) ² 

So those who were sent ahead found ¹  it exactly ²  as he had told them.

At that very moment, ¹  three men sent to me from Caesarea ²  approached ³  the house where we were staying. ⁴ 

Now while Peter was puzzling over ¹  what the vision he had seen could signify, the men sent by Cornelius had learned where Simon’s house was ²  and approached ³  the gate.

Then ¹  I saw standing in the middle of the throne ²  and of the four living creatures, and in the middle of the elders, a Lamb that appeared to have been killed. ³  He had ⁴  seven horns and seven eyes, which ⁵  are the seven ⁶  spirits of God ⁷  sent out into all the earth.
