Now from noon until three, ¹  darkness came over all the land. ² 

It was nine o’clock in the morning ¹  when they crucified him.

Why too are we in danger every hour?

Now ¹  when it was noon, ²  darkness came over the whole land ³  until three in the afternoon. ⁴ 

It was now ¹  about noon, ²  and darkness came over the whole land until three in the afternoon, ³ 

When it was already late, his disciples came to him and said, “This is an isolated place ¹  and it is already very late.

So he asked them the time ¹  when his condition began to improve, ²  and ³  they told him, “Yesterday at one o’clock in the afternoon ⁴  the fever left him.”

Children, it is the last hour, and just as you heard that the antichrist is coming, so now many antichrists ¹  have appeared. We know from this that it is the last hour.

When it was about nine o’clock in the morning, ¹  he went out again and saw others standing around in the marketplace without work.

So they went. When ¹  he went out again about noon and three o’clock that afternoon, ²  he did the same thing.

When those hired about five o’clock came, each received a full day’s pay. ¹ 

Therefore stay alert, because you do not know the day or the hour. ¹ 

Now ¹  when the hour came, Jesus ²  took his place at the table ³  and the apostles joined ⁴  him.

For perhaps it was for this reason that he was separated from you for a little while, so that you would have him back eternally, ¹ 

“Now my soul is greatly distressed. And what should I say? ‘Father, deliver me ¹  from this hour’? ²  No, but for this very reason I have come to this hour. ³ 

Therefore you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him. ¹ 

Now ¹  the whole crowd ²  of people were praying outside at the hour of the incense offering. ³ 

for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that moment ¹  what you must say.” ² 

You also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.” ¹ 

Jesus replied, ¹  “Woman, ²  why are you saying this to me? ³  My time ⁴  has not yet come.”
