So they spent ¹  considerable ²  time with the disciples.

Now the time came ¹  for Elizabeth to have her baby, ²  and she gave birth to a son.

And they paid close attention to him because he had amazed them for a long time with his magic.

For ¹  a period of about forty years he put up with ²  them in the wilderness. ³ 

After ¹  they had spent some time there, ²  they were sent off in peace by the brothers to those who had sent them. ³ 

When they asked him to stay longer, he would not consent, ¹
