But they kept on shouting, ¹  “Crucify, crucify ²  him!”

They shouted back, “Crucify ¹  him!”

It was nine o’clock in the morning ¹  when they crucified him.

When the chief priests and their officers saw him, they shouted out, “Crucify ¹  him! Crucify him!” ²  Pilate said, ³  “You take him and crucify him! ⁴  Certainly ⁵  I find no reason for an accusation ⁶  against him!”

When ¹  they had crucified ²  him, they divided his clothes by throwing dice. ³ 

Then two outlaws were crucified with him, one on his right and one on his left.

And they crucified two outlaws with him, one on his right and one on his left. ¹ 

Then Pilate ¹  handed him over ²  to them to be crucified.So they took Jesus,

There they ¹  crucified ²  him along with two others, ³  one on each side, with Jesus in the middle.

but we preach about a crucified Christ, ¹  a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles.

Then they ¹  shouted out, “Away with him! Away with him! ²  Crucify ³  him!” Pilate asked, ⁴  “Shall I crucify your king?” The high priests replied, “We have no king except Caesar!”

Pilate said to them, “Then what should I do with Jesus who is called the Christ?” ¹  They all said, “Crucify him!” ² 

He asked, “Why? What wrong has he done?” But they shouted more insistently, “Crucify him!”

Then he released Barabbas for them. But after he had Jesus flogged, ¹  he handed him over ²  to be crucified. ³ 

Pilate asked them, “Why? What has he done wrong?” But they shouted more insistently, “Crucify him!”

Then ¹  they crucified ²  him and divided his clothes, throwing dice ³  for them, to decide what each would take.

But they were insistent, ¹  demanding with loud shouts that he be crucified. And their shouts prevailed.

and how our chief priests and rulers handed him over ¹  to be condemned to death, and crucified ²  him.

Is Christ divided? Paul wasn’t crucified for you, was he? ¹  Or were you in fact baptized in the name of Paul? ² 

For I decided to be concerned about nothing ¹  among you except Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
