But they did not find anything, though many false witnesses came forward. Finally ¹  two came forward

These had gone on ahead ¹  and were waiting for us in Troas. ² 

When he entered Capernaum, ¹  a centurion ²  came to him asking for help: ³ 

So they came ¹  and woke him up saying, “Lord, save us! We are about to die!”

Then ¹  the disciples came to him and said, “Why do you speak to them in parables?”

Then Pharisees ¹  and experts in the law ²  came from Jerusalem ³  to Jesus and said, ⁴ 

When ¹  they came to the crowd, a man came to him, knelt before him,

The blind and lame came to him in the temple courts, and he healed them.

Immediately ¹  he went up to Jesus and said, “Greetings, Rabbi,” and kissed him. ² 

When Judas ¹  arrived, he went up to Jesus ²  immediately and said, “Rabbi!” and kissed ³  him.

The soldiers also mocked him, coming up and offering him sour wine, ¹ 

He went to Pilate and asked for the body ¹  of Jesus.

When he knocked at the door of the outer gate, a slave girl named Rhoda answered. ¹ 

For you have not come to something that can be touched, ¹  to a burning fire and darkness and gloom and a whirlwind

But you have come to Mount Zion, the city ¹  of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels, to the assembly

Then the devil left him, and angels ¹  came and began ministering to his needs.

And a leper ¹  approached, and bowed low before him, saying, ²  “Lord, if ³  you are willing, you can make me clean.”

Then ¹  an expert in the law ²  came to him and said, “Teacher, I will follow you wherever you go.” ³ 

But ¹  a woman who had been suffering from a hemorrhage ²  for twelve years came up behind him and touched the edge ³  of his cloak. ⁴ 

Then the disciples came to him and said, “Do you know that when the Pharisees ¹  heard this saying they were offended?”
