This saying ¹  is trustworthy and deserves full acceptance.

If, however, it is eaten ¹  on the third day, it is spoiled, ²  it will not be accepted,

To do righteousness and justice is more acceptable ¹  to the Lord than sacrifice. ² 

You must not present anything that has a flaw, ¹  because it will not be acceptable for your benefit. ² 

Even from a foreigner ¹  you must not present the food of your God from such animals as these, for they are ruined and flawed; ²  they will not be acceptable for your benefit.’”

O Lord, please accept the freewill offerings of my praise! ¹  Teach me your regulations!

For they have gone forth ¹  on behalf of “The Name,” ²  accepting nothing from the pagans. ³ 

“‘When you sacrifice a peace offering sacrifice to the Lord, you must sacrifice it so that it is accepted for you. ¹ 

if it is to be acceptable for your benefit ¹  it must be a flawless male from the cattle, sheep, or goats.

When you sacrifice a thanksgiving offering to the Lord, you must sacrifice it so that it is acceptable for your benefit. ¹ 

They will ask you how you’re doing and will give you two loaves of bread. You will accept them.

And he added, ¹  “I tell you the truth, ²  no prophet is acceptable ³  in his hometown.

to proclaim the year ¹  of the Lord’s favor.” ² 

“I do not accept ¹  praise ²  from people, ³ 

A wicked person receives a bribe secretly ¹  to pervert ²  the ways of justice.

and are advocating ¹  customs that are not lawful for us to accept ²  or practice, ³  since we are ⁴  Romans.”

Such prayer for all ¹  is good and welcomed before God our Savior,

May he take notice ¹  of your offerings; may he accept ²  your burnt sacrifice! (Selah)

And if you are willing to accept it, he is Elijah, who is to come.

but in every nation ¹  the person who fears him ²  and does what is right ³  is welcomed before him.
