Blessed is anyone ¹  who takes no offense at me.”

So they ¹  proposed two candidates: ²  Joseph called Barsabbas (also called Justus) and Matthias.

And then ¹  everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’ ² 

until another king who did not know about ¹  Joseph ruled ²  over Egypt. ³ 

The brothers in Lystra ¹  and Iconium ²  spoke well ³  of him. ⁴ 

He ¹  even tried to desecrate ²  the temple, so we arrested ³  him. ⁴ 

You who boast in the law dishonor God by transgressing the law!

He ¹  was given over ²  because of our transgressions and was raised for the sake of ³  our justification. ⁴ 

For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. ¹ 

One person believes in eating everything, but the weak person eats only vegetables.

¹ who though he existed in the form of God ²  did not regard equality with God as something to be grasped,

¹ He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn ²  over all creation, ³ 

since he wants ¹  all people ²  to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

who has become a priest not by a legal regulation about physical descent ¹  but by the power of an indestructible life.

He ¹  committed no sin nor was deceit found in his mouth. ² 

Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven. ¹  But whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, ²  either in this age or in the age to come.

“Woe to you, blind guides, who say, ‘Whoever swears by the temple is bound by nothing. ¹  But whoever swears by the gold of the temple is bound by the oath.’

For whoever wants to save his life ¹  will lose it, ²  but whoever loses his life for my sake and for the gospel will save it.

“Whoever welcomes ¹  one of these little children ²  in my name welcomes me, and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me.”

So listen carefully, ¹  for whoever has will be given more, but ²  whoever does not have, even what he thinks he has ³  will be taken from him.”
