if somehow I could provoke my people to jealousy and save some of them.

Since many ¹  are boasting according to human standards, ²  I too will boast.

Are you so foolish? Although you began ¹  with ²  the Spirit, are you now trying to finish ³  by human effort? ⁴

So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”
