Joshua 1:14

1:14 Your wives, children and cattle may stay in the land that Moses assigned to you east of the Jordan River. But all you warriors must cross over armed for battle ahead of your brothers. 1  You must help them

Joshua 7:2

Context

7:2 Joshua sent men from Jericho 2  to Ai (which is located near Beth Aven, east of Bethel 3 ) and instructed them, “Go up and spy on the land.” So the men went up and spied on Ai.

Joshua 11:8

11:8 The Lord handed them over to Israel and they struck them down and chased them all the way to Greater Sidon, 4  Misrephoth Maim, 5  and the Mizpah Valley to the east. They struck them down until no survivors remained.

16:5 The territory of the tribe of Ephraim by its clans included the following: 12  The border of their assigned land to the east was Ataroth Addar as far as upper Beth Horon.

17:10 Ephraim’s territory was to the south, and Manasseh’s to the north. The sea was Manasseh’s 13  western border and their territory 14  touched Asher on the north and Issachar on the east.
