Judges 1:19

Context

1:19 The Lord was with the men of Judah. They conquered 1  the hill country, but they could not 2  conquer the people living in the coastal plain, because they had chariots with iron-rimmed wheels. 3 

Judges 4:5

4:5 She would sit 4  under the Date Palm Tree of Deborah between Ramah and Bethel 5  in the Ephraimite hill country. The Israelites would come up to her to have their disputes settled. 6

17:8 This man left the town of Bethlehem in Judah to find another place to live. He came to the Ephraimite hill country and made his way to Micah’s house. 10

19:1 In those days Israel had no king. There was a Levite 11  living temporarily in the remote region of the Ephraimite hill country. He acquired a concubine 12  from Bethlehem 13  in Judah.
