1 Samuel 9:4

Context
9:4 So Saul 1  crossed through the hill country of Ephraim, passing through the land of Shalisha, but they did not find them. So they crossed through the land of Shaalim, but they were not there. Then he crossed through the land of Benjamin, and still they did not find them.

1 Samuel 9:16

Context
9:16 “At this time tomorrow I will send to you a man from the land of Benjamin. You must consecrate 2  him as a leader over my people Israel. He will save my people from the hand of the Philistines. For I have looked with favor on my people. Their cry has reached me!”

10:21 Then he brought the tribe of Benjamin near by its families, and the family of Matri was chosen by lot. At last Saul son of Kish was chosen by lot. But when they looked for him, he was nowhere to be found.

13:2 Saul selected for himself three thousand men from Israel. Two thousand of these were with Saul at Micmash and in the hill country of Bethel; 4  the remaining thousand were with Jonathan at Gibeah in the territory of Benjamin. 5  He sent all the rest of the people back home. 6
