Isaiah 26:21

26:21 For look, the Lord is coming out of the place where he lives,

to punish the sin of those who live on the earth.

The earth will display the blood shed on it;

it will no longer cover up its slain.

Isaiah 45:14

The Lord is the Nations’ Only Hope

45:14 This is what the Lord says:

“The profit of Egypt and the revenue of Ethiopia,

along with the Sabeans, those tall men,

will be brought to you and become yours.

They will walk behind you, coming along in chains.

They will bow down to you

and pray to you:

‘Truly God is with you; he has no peer;

there is no other God!’”

Isaiah 63:1

The Victorious Divine Warrior

63:1 Who is this who comes from Edom, 10 

dressed in bright red, coming from Bozrah? 11 

Who 12  is this one wearing royal attire, 13 

who marches confidently 14  because of his great strength?

“It is I, the one who announces vindication,

and who is able to deliver!” 15

tn Heb “labor,” which stands metonymically for the fruits of labor, either “monetary profit,” or “products.”
