30:21 “Son of man, I have broken the arm 1 of Pharaoh king of Egypt. 2 Look, it has not been bandaged for healing or set with a dressing so that it might become strong enough to grasp a sword.
Ezekiel 34:4
34:4 You have not strengthened the weak, healed the sick, bandaged the injured, brought back the strays, or sought the lost, but with force and harshness 3 you have ruled over them.
