Romans 15:21

but as it is written: “Those who were not told about him will see, and those who have not heard will understand.” ¹ 

Rather, as it is written: "Those who were not told about him will see, and those who have not heard will understand."

but as it is written, "THEY WHO HAD NO NEWS OF HIM SHALL SEE, AND THEY WHO HAVE NOT HEARD SHALL UNDERSTAND."

I have been following the plan spoken of in the Scriptures, where it says, "Those who have never been told about him will see, and those who have never heard of him will understand."

My text has been, Those who were never told of him--they'll see him! Those who've never heard of him--they'll get the message!

But as it is said in the holy Writings, They will see, to whom the news of him had not been given, and those to whose ears it had not come will have knowledge.
