Psalms 37:2

For they will quickly dry up like grass, and wither away like plants. ¹ 

for like the grass they will soon wither, like green plants they will soon die away.

For they will wither quickly like the grass And fade like the green herb.

For like grass, they soon fade away. Like springtime flowers, they soon wither.

In no time they'll shrivel like grass clippings and wilt like cut flowers in the sun.

For they will quickly be cut down like grass, and become dry like the green plants.

for they will soon fade like the grass, and wither like the green herb.

For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, And wither as the green herb.

For they will quickly dry up like grass, and wither away like plants. ¹
