Mark 12:21

The second married her and died without any children, and likewise the third.

The second one married the widow, but he also died, leaving no child. It was the same with the third.

"The second one married her, and died leaving behind no children; and the third likewise;

So the second brother married the widow, but soon he too died and left no children. Then the next brother married her and died without children.

The second married her. He died, and still no child. The same with the third.

And the second took her, and at his death there were no offspring; and the third the same:

and the second married her and died, leaving no children; and the third likewise;

"And the second took her, and he died; nor did he leave any offspring. And the third likewise.
