Luke 19:18

Then ¹  the second one came and said, ‘Sir, your mina has made five minas.’

"The second came and said, ‘Sir, your mina has earned five more.’

"The second came, saying, ‘Your mina, master, has made five minas.’

"The next servant also reported a good gain––five times the original amount.

"The second said, 'Master, I made a fifty percent profit on your money.'

And another came, saying, Your pound has made five pounds.

Then the second came, saying, ‘Lord, your pound has made five pounds.’

"And the second came, saying, ‘Master, your mina has earned five minas.’

Then ¹  the second one came and said, ‘Sir, your mina has made five minas.’

¹ tn Here καί (kai) has been translated as “then” to indicate the implied sequence of events within the narrative.
