I will give you your rains in their time so that ¹  the land will give its yield and the trees of the field will produce their fruit. ² 

Your strength will be used up in vain, your land will not give its yield, and the trees of the land ¹  will not produce their fruit.

They cultivated ¹  fields, and planted vineyards, which yielded a harvest of fruit. ² 

“‘The land will give its fruit and you may eat until you are satisfied, ¹  and you may live securely in the land.

The earth yields its crops. May God, our God, bless us!

Yes, the Lord will bestow his good blessings, ¹  and our land will yield ²  its crops.

The trees of the field will yield their fruit and the earth will yield its crops. They will live securely on their land; they will know that I am the Lord, when I break the bars of their yoke and rescue them from the hand of those who enslaved them.

Indeed, a large vineyard ¹  will produce just a few gallons, ²  and enough seed to yield several bushels ³  will produce less than a bushel.” ⁴ 

They sow the wind, and so they will reap the whirlwind! The stalk does not have any standing grain; it will not produce any flour. Even if it were to yield grain, foreigners would swallow it all up.

with the harvest produced by the daylight ¹  and by ²  the moonlight; ³ 

When you try to cultivate ¹  the ground it will no longer yield ²  its best ³  for you. You will be a homeless wanderer ⁴  on the earth.”

¹ “For six years ²  you are to sow your land and gather in its produce.

Do not fear, wild animals! ¹  For the pastures of the wilderness are again green with grass. Indeed, the trees bear their fruit; the fig tree and the vine yield to their fullest. ² 

Asher’s ¹  food will be rich, ²  and he will provide delicacies ³  to royalty.

God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: ¹  plants yielding seeds according to their kinds, ²  and ³  trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds.” It was so.

You must not plant your vineyard with two kinds of seed; otherwise the entire yield, both of the seed you plant and the produce of the vineyard, will be defiled. ¹ 

But ¹  other seed fell on good soil and produced grain, sprouting and growing; some yielded thirty times as much, some sixty, and some a hundred times.”

The land produced vegetation – plants yielding seeds according to their kinds, and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. God saw that it was good.

Then God said, “I now ¹  give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the entire earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. ² 

For the hills bring it food, ¹  where all the wild animals play.
