For we know that the law is spiritual – but I am unspiritual, sold into slavery to sin. 1

And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is useless; you are still in your sins.
Those guilty of sin 1 must be rebuked 2 before all, 3 as a warning to the rest. 4
You have not yet resisted to the point of bloodshed 1 in your struggle against sin.
If we say we do not bear the guilt of sin, 1 we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us.

However, if you warn the righteous person not to sin, and he 1 does not sin, he will certainly live because he was warned, and you will have saved your own life.”
