And the news of this spread throughout that region. ¹ 

Many spread their cloaks on the road and others spread branches they had cut in the fields.

A ¹  very large crowd spread their cloaks on the road. Others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road.

But they went out and spread the news about him throughout that entire region. ¹ 

So ¹  the news about him spread quickly throughout all the region around Galilee.

So ¹  the news ²  about him spread into all areas of the region. ³ 

As ¹  he rode along, they ²  spread their cloaks on the road.

and their message will spread its infection ¹  like gangrene. Hymenaeus and Philetus are in this group. ² 

Now ¹  after some days, when he returned to Capernaum, ²  the news spread ³  that he was at home.

Then ¹  Jesus, in the power of the Spirit, ²  returned to Galilee, and news about him spread ³  throughout the surrounding countryside. ⁴ 

When ¹  the herdsmen saw what had happened, they ran off and spread the news ²  in the town ³  and countryside.

Now ¹  the herdsmen ran off and spread the news in the town and countryside, and the people went out to see what had happened.

But the news about him spread even more, ¹  and large crowds were gathering together to hear him ²  and to be healed of their illnesses.

The word of God continued to spread, ¹  the number of disciples in Jerusalem ²  increased greatly, and a large group ³  of priests became obedient to the faith.

So then, just as sin entered the world through one man and death through sin, and so death spread to all people ¹  because ²  all sinned –

Finally, pray for us, brothers and sisters, ¹  that the Lord’s message ²  may spread quickly and be honored ³  as in fact it was among you,

As I urged you when I was leaving for Macedonia, stay on in Ephesus ¹  to instruct ²  certain people not to spread false teachings, ³ 

So a report about him spread throughout Syria. People ¹  brought to him all who suffered with various illnesses and afflictions, those who had seizures, ²  paralytics, and those possessed by demons, ³  and he healed them.

For from you the message of the Lord ¹  has echoed forth not just in Macedonia and Achaia, but in every place reports of your faith in God have spread, ²  so that we do not need to say anything.

But as the man ¹  went out he began to announce it publicly and spread the story widely, so that Jesus ²  was no longer able to enter any town openly but stayed outside in remote places. Still ³  they kept coming ⁴  to him from everywhere.
