But he added, “You cannot see my face, for no one can ¹  see me and live.” ² 

May your servants see your work! ¹  May their sons see your majesty! ² 

You will see a king in his splendor; ¹  you will see a wide land. ² 

See my pain and suffering! Forgive all my sins! ¹ 

They have mouths, but cannot speak, eyes, but cannot see,

They have mouths, but cannot speak, eyes, but cannot see,

Certainly you will see it with your very own eyes – you will see the wicked paid back. ¹ 

Later the Lord asked me, “What do you see, Jeremiah?” I answered, “I see a branch of an almond tree.”

He said to me, “Do you see this, son of man? You will see even greater abominations than these!”

Moses said to the people, “Do not fear! ¹  Stand firm ²  and see ³  the salvation ⁴  of the Lord that he will provide ⁵  for you today; for the Egyptians that you see today you will never, ever see again. ⁶ 

“See how Babylon ¹  has been captured! See how the pride of the whole earth has been taken! See what an object of horror Babylon has become among the nations! ² 

Israel said to Joseph, “I never expected ¹  to see you ²  again, but now God has allowed me to see your children ³  too.”

they will by no means ¹  see the land that I swore to their fathers, nor will any of them who despised me see it.

In the north ¹  when he is at work, ²  I do not see him; ³  when he turns ⁴  to the south, I see no trace of him.

The Lord again asked me, “What do you see?” I answered, “I see a pot of boiling water; it is tipped toward us from the north.” ¹ 

For I see everything they do. Their wicked ways are not hidden from me. Their sin is not hidden away where I cannot see it. ¹ 

Someone asked me, “What do you see?” I replied, “I see a flying scroll thirty feet long and fifteen feet wide.” ¹ 

I will give all the land that you see to you and your descendants ¹  forever.

“No,” he insisted, “but you have come to see if our land is vulnerable.” ¹ 

“Then you told your servants, ‘Bring him down to me so I can see ¹  him.’ ²
