They ¹  came to a place called Golgotha ²  (which means “Place of the Skull”) ³

and carrying his own cross ¹  he went out to the place called “The Place of the Skull” ²  (called in Aramaic ³  Golgotha). ⁴ 

Now ¹  as Peter was traveling around from place to place, ²  he also came down to the saints who lived in Lydda. ³ 

This ¹  took place to fulfill what was spoken by the prophet: ² 

They ¹  love the place of honor at banquets and the best seats in the synagogues ²

So they went away by themselves in a boat to some remote place.

Another sharp division took place among the Jewish people ¹  because of these words.

So ¹  the host who invited both of you will come and say to you, ‘Give this man your place.’ Then, ashamed, ²  you will begin to move to the least important ³  place.

After ¹  consulting together they bought the Potter’s Field with it, as a burial place for foreigners.

His disciples answered him, “Where can someone get enough bread in this desolate place to satisfy these people?”
