Now ¹  there were five thousand men ²  who ate the bread. ³ 

Then ¹  two men, Moses and Elijah, ²  began talking with him. ³ 

(Now there were about twelve men in all.) ¹ 

Encourage younger men likewise to be self-controlled, ¹ 

and likewise the men also abandoned natural relations with women ¹  and were inflamed in their passions ²  for one another. Men ³  committed shameless acts with men and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.

Then he said to the council, ¹  “Men of Israel, ²  pay close attention to ³  what you are about to do to these men.

The next day Moses ¹  saw two men ²  fighting, and tried to make peace between ³  them, saying, ‘Men, you are brothers; why are you hurting one another?’

Then Herod ¹  privately summoned the wise men and determined from them when the star had appeared.

So the young men came, ¹  wrapped him up, ²  carried him out, and buried ³  him.
