“Land of Zebulun and land of Naphtali, the way by the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles –

After ¹  he had destroyed ²  seven nations ³  in the land of Canaan, he gave his people their land as an inheritance. ⁴ 

After they had crossed over, they came to land at Gennesaret. ¹ 

Now from noon until three, ¹  darkness came over all the land. ²

Now ¹  when it was noon, ²  darkness came over the whole land ³  until three in the afternoon. ⁴ 

Then ¹  he prayed again, and the sky gave rain and the land sprouted with a harvest.

So ¹  he got up and took the child and his mother and returned to the land of Israel.

Meanwhile the boat, already far from land, ¹  was taking a beating from the waves because the wind was against it.

When evening came, the boat was in the middle of the sea and he was alone on the land.

He then ¹  told them a parable: ²  “The land of a certain rich man produced ³  an abundant crop,

It was now ¹  about noon, ²  and darkness came over the whole land until three in the afternoon, ³ 

Then ¹  the angel I saw standing on the sea and on the land raised his right hand to heaven

saying, “Get up, take the child and his mother, and go to the land of Israel, for those who were seeking the child’s life are dead.”

Now he came to a Samaritan town ¹  called Sychar, ²  near the plot of land that Jacob had given to his son Joseph. ³ 

Then they wanted to take him into the boat, and immediately the boat came to the land where they had been heading.

Meanwhile the other disciples came with the boat, dragging the net full of fish, for they were not far from land, only about a hundred yards. ¹ 

For there was no one needy ¹  among them, because those who were owners of land or houses were selling ²  them ³  and bringing the proceeds from the sales

Peter said to her, “Tell me, were the two of you ¹  paid this amount ²  for the land?” Sapphira ³  said, “Yes, that much.”

and said to him, ‘Go out from your country and from your relatives, and come to the land I will show you.’ ¹
