And these will depart into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

Just as you sent me into the world, so I sent them into the world. ¹ 

So Paul ¹  said, “Into what then were you baptized?” “Into John’s baptism,” they replied. ² 

Grieve, mourn, ¹  and weep. Turn your laughter ²  into mourning and your joy into despair.

As he got into the boat, his disciples followed him. ¹ 

When they went up into the boat, the wind ceased.

The Spirit immediately drove him into the wilderness.

Instead new wine must be poured into new wineskins. ¹ 

(For John had not yet been thrown into prison.) ¹

Don’t you understand that whatever goes into the mouth enters the stomach and then passes out into the sewer? ¹

So ¹  the demons came out of the man and went into the pigs, and the herd of pigs ²  rushed down the steep slope into the lake and drowned.

and through your help to go on into Macedonia and then from Macedonia to come back ¹  to you and be helped on our way into Judea by you.

was caught up into paradise ¹  and heard things too sacred to be put into words, ²  things that a person ³  is not permitted to speak.

Those who long to be rich, however, stumble into temptation and a trap and many senseless and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction.

In those days John the Baptist came into the wilderness ¹  of Judea proclaiming,

Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness ¹  to be tempted by the devil.
