So pray this way: ¹  Our Father ²  in heaven, may your name be honored, ³ 

When ¹  the crowd saw this, they were afraid ²  and honored God who had given such authority to men. ³ 

So he said to them, “When you pray, ¹  say: Father, ²  may your name be honored; ³  may your kingdom come. ⁴ 

My Father is honored ¹  by this, that ²  you bear ³  much fruit and show that you are ⁴  my disciples.

If one member suffers, everyone suffers with it. If a ¹  member is honored, all rejoice with it.

Finally, pray for us, brothers and sisters, ¹  that the Lord’s message ²  may spread quickly and be honored ³  as in fact it was among you,

Marriage must be honored among all and the marriage bed kept undefiled, for God will judge sexually immoral people and adulterers.

But when you are invited, go and take the least important place, so that when your host ¹  approaches he will say to you, ‘Friend, move up here to a better place.’ ²  Then you will be honored in the presence of all who share the meal with you.
