Moses quickly bowed ¹  to the ground and worshiped

The horses’ ¹  hooves pounded the ground; ²  the stallions galloped madly. ³ 

The Lord ¹  said, “Throw it to the ground.” So he threw it to the ground, and it became a snake, ²  and Moses ran from it.

Then Elisha ¹  said, “Take the arrows,” and he did so. ²  He told the king of Israel, “Strike the ground!” He struck the ground three times and stopped.

He will water the seed you plant in the ground, and the ground will produce crops in abundance. ¹  At that time ²  your cattle will graze in wide pastures.

Springs ¹  would well up ²  from the earth and water ³  the whole surface of the ground. ⁴ 

Abram bowed down with his face to the ground, ¹  and God said to him, ² 

So each man quickly lowered ¹  his sack to the ground and opened it.

When Moses heard it he fell down with his face to the ground. ¹

Now the whole army ¹  entered the forest and there was honey on the ground. ² 

Those who remain in Judah will take root in the ground and bear fruit. ¹ 

Iron is taken from the ground, ¹  and rock is poured out ²  as copper.

For she leaves ¹  her eggs on the ground, and lets them be warmed on the soil.

It ¹  paws the ground in the valley, ²  exulting mightily, ³  it goes out to meet the weapons.
