just as you have given him authority over all humanity, ¹  so that he may give eternal life to everyone you have given him. ² 

It ¹  could have been sold at a high price and the money ²  given to the poor!”

Instead, pursue ¹  his ²  kingdom, ³  and these things will be given to you as well.

So ¹  Jesus said to them, “The people of this age ²  marry and are given in marriage.

For the law was given through Moses, but ¹  grace and truth came about through Jesus Christ.

John replied, ¹  “No one can receive anything unless it has been given to him from heaven.

Now they understand ¹  that everything ²  you have given me comes from you,

You ¹  received the law by decrees given by angels, ²  but you did not obey ³  it.” ⁴ 

Or who has first given to God, ¹  that God ²  needs to repay him? ³ 

To each person the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the benefit of all.

May glory be given to God our Father forever and ever. Amen.

For if Joshua had given them rest, God ¹  would not have spoken afterward about another day.

because I have given them the words you have given me. They ¹  accepted ²  them ³  and really ⁴  understand ⁵  that I came from you, and they believed that you sent me.
