he left Judea and set out once more for Galilee. ¹ 

After the two days he departed from there to Galilee.

When he had said this, he remained in Galilee.

They replied, ¹  “You aren’t from Galilee too, are you? ²  Investigate carefully and you will see that no prophet ³  comes from Galilee!”

Then Jesus came from Galilee to John to be baptized by him in the Jordan River. ¹ 

Now when Jesus ¹  heard that John had been imprisoned, ²  he went into Galilee.

And large crowds followed him from Galilee, the Decapolis, ¹  Jerusalem, ²  Judea, and beyond the Jordan River. ³ 

And the crowds were saying, “This is the prophet Jesus, from Nazareth ¹  in Galilee.”

But after I am raised, I will go ahead of you into Galilee.”

So ¹  the eleven disciples went to Galilee to the mountain Jesus had designated.

Now after John was imprisoned, ¹  Jesus went into Galilee and proclaimed the gospel ²  of God. ³ 

So ¹  the news about him spread quickly throughout all the region around Galilee.

So ¹  he went into all of Galilee preaching in their synagogues ²  and casting out demons.

But after I am raised, I will go ahead of you into Galilee.”

So ¹  they sailed over to the region of the Gerasenes, ²  which is opposite ³  Galilee.

Now on ¹  the way to Jerusalem, ²  Jesus ³  was passing along ⁴  between Samaria and Galilee.

Jesus did this as his second miraculous sign ¹  when he returned from Judea to Galilee.

you know what happened throughout Judea, beginning from Galilee after the baptism that John announced: ¹ 

“Land of Zebulun and land of Naphtali, the way by the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles –

Now when ¹  Jesus finished these sayings, he left Galilee and went to the region of Judea beyond the Jordan River. ²
