When ¹  Jesus finished saying these things, the crowds were amazed by his teaching,

Now when ¹  Jesus finished these parables, he moved on from there.

When ¹  Jesus had finished saying all these things, he told his disciples,

After Jesus ¹  had finished teaching all this to the people, ²  he entered Capernaum. ³ 

I have a baptism ¹  to undergo, ²  and how distressed I am until it is finished!

I have competed well; ¹  I have finished the race; I have kept the faith!

Now ¹  when the thousand years are finished, Satan will be released from his prison

When ¹  Jesus had finished instructing his twelve disciples, he went on from there to teach and preach in their towns.

Now when ¹  Jesus finished these sayings, he left Galilee and went to the region of Judea beyond the Jordan River. ² 

When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into the deep water and lower ¹  your nets for a catch.”

So, since Christ suffered ¹  in the flesh, you also arm yourselves with the same attitude, because the one who has suffered in the flesh has finished with sin, ² 

(The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were finished.) ¹  This is the first resurrection.

When they had finished mocking ¹  him, they stripped him of the purple cloak and put his own clothes back on him. Then ²  they led him away to crucify him. ³ 

When Jesus had finished saying these things, he looked upward ¹  to heaven ²  and said, “Father, the time ³  has come. Glorify your Son, so that your ⁴  Son may glorify you –

Then when they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, ¹  do you love me more than these do?” ²  He replied, ³  “Yes, Lord, you know I love you.” ⁴  Jesus ⁵  told him, “Feed my lambs.”

The angel ¹  then ²  threw him into the abyss and locked ³  and sealed it so that he could not deceive the nations until the one thousand years were finished. (After these things he must be released for a brief period of time.)
