So Isaac ¹  held a feast for them and they celebrated. ² 

(Now the Jewish feast of the Passover ¹  was near.) ² 

Now the Jewish feast of Tabernacles ¹  was near. ² 

Then came the feast of the Dedication ¹  in Jerusalem. ² 

He observed the daily requirements for sacrifices that Moses had specified for Sabbaths, new moon festivals, and the three annual celebrations – the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the Feast of Weeks, and the Feast of Temporary Shelters. ¹ 

“You must observe ¹  the Feast of Weeks – the firstfruits of the harvest of wheat – and the Feast of Ingathering at the end ²  of the year.

You go up ¹  to the feast yourselves. I am not going up to this feast ²  because my time ³  has not yet fully arrived.” ⁴ 

So Laban invited all the people ¹  of that place and prepared a feast.

“Three times ¹  in the year you must make a pilgrim feast ²  to me.

During the feast it was customary to release one prisoner to the people, ¹  whomever they requested.

Now ¹  Jesus’ ²  parents went to Jerusalem ³  every ⁴  year for the feast of the Passover. ⁵ 

Now the Feast of Unleavened Bread, ¹  which is called the Passover, was approaching.

Now the Jewish feast of Passover ¹  was near, so Jesus went up to Jerusalem. ² 

After this ¹  there was a Jewish feast, ²  and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. ³ 

So the Jewish leaders ¹  were looking for him at the feast, asking, “Where is he?” ² 

Now some Greeks ¹  were among those who had gone up to worship at the feast.

So when he came to Galilee, the Galileans welcomed him because they had seen all the things he had done in Jerusalem ¹  at the feast ²  (for they themselves had gone to the feast). ³ 

The child grew and was weaned. Abraham prepared ¹  a great feast on the day that Isaac was weaned. ² 

A huge crowd assembled in Jerusalem to observe the Feast of Unleavened Bread in the second month. ¹ 

All the days ¹  of the afflicted ²  are bad, ³  but one with ⁴  a cheerful heart has a continual feast. ⁵
