“There is no fear of God before their eyes.” ¹ 

But I will warn ¹  you whom you should fear: Fear the one who, after the killing, ²  has authority to throw you ³  into hell. ⁴  Yes, I tell you, fear him!

There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. ¹  The ²  one who fears punishment ³  has not been perfected in love.

(for rulers cause no fear for good conduct but for bad). Do you desire not to fear authority? Do good and you will receive its commendation,

And Zechariah, visibly shaken when he saw the angel, ¹  was seized with fear. ² 

from ¹  generation to generation he is merciful ²  to those who fear ³  him.

that we, being rescued from the hand of our ¹  enemies, may serve him without fear, ² 

However, no one spoke openly about him for fear of the Jewish leaders. ¹ 

Great ¹  fear gripped ²  the whole church ³  and all who heard about these things.

And I was with you in weakness and in fear and with much trembling.

I fear for you that my work for you may have been in vain.

In fact, the scene ¹  was so terrifying that Moses said, “I shudder with fear.” ² 

Honor all people, love the family of believers, ¹  fear God, honor the king.

When the disciples heard this, they were overwhelmed with fear and threw themselves down with their faces to the ground. ¹ 

But if we say, ‘From people,’ we fear the crowd, for they all consider John to be a prophet.”

So ¹  they left the tomb quickly, with fear and great joy, and ran to tell his disciples.

When Ananias heard these words he collapsed and died, and great fear gripped ¹  all who heard about it.

So Paul stood up, ¹  gestured ²  with his hand and said, “Men of Israel, ³  and you Gentiles who fear God, ⁴  listen:

Granted! ¹  They were broken off because of their unbelief, but you stand by faith. Do not be arrogant, but fear!

Slaves, ¹  obey your human masters ²  with fear and trembling, in the sincerity of your heart as to Christ,
