And these will depart into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

The one who has the Son ¹  has this ²  eternal ³  life; the one who does not have the Son of God does not have this ⁴  eternal ⁵  life.

Now ¹  a certain ruler ²  asked him, “Good teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?” ³ 

so that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life.” ¹ 

I tell you the solemn truth, ¹  the one who believes ²  has eternal life. ³ 

eternal life to those who by perseverance in good works seek glory and honor and immortality,

This was according to ¹  the eternal purpose that he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord,

in hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before the ages began. ¹ 

teaching about baptisms, laying on of hands, resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.

Now this ¹  is the promise that he ²  himself made to ³  us: eternal life. ⁴ 

Now ¹  someone came up to him and said, “Teacher, what good thing must I do to gain eternal life?”

But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven, but is guilty of an eternal sin” ¹ 

who will not receive many times more ¹  in this age ²  – and in the age to come, eternal life.” ³ 

Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom would we go? You have the words of eternal life.

I give ¹  them eternal life, and they will never perish; ²  no one will snatch ³  them from my hand.

Now this ¹  is eternal life ²  – that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, ³  whom you sent.

For the payoff ¹  of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

For our momentary, light suffering ¹  is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison

Now to the eternal king, ¹  immortal, invisible, the only ²  God, be honor and glory forever and ever! ³  Amen.

And so, ¹  since we have been justified by his grace, we become heirs with the confident expectation of eternal life.” ²
