He loosens ¹  the bonds ²  of kings and binds a loincloth ³  around their waist.

With great power God ¹  grasps my clothing; ²  he binds me like the collar ³  of my tunic.

The godless at heart ¹  nourish anger, ²  they do not cry out even when he binds them.
