The manna stopped appearing the day they ate ¹  some of the produce of the land; the Israelites never ate manna again. ² 

They devoured ¹  on the right, but were still hungry, they ate on the left, but were not satisfied. People even ate ²  the flesh of their own arm! ³ 

The lean, bad-looking cows ate up the seven ¹  fat cows.

So the prophet went back with him and ate and drank in his house. ¹ 

Man ate the food of the mighty ones. ¹  He sent them more than enough to eat. ² 

They ate until they were stuffed; ¹  he gave them what they desired.

They ate all the vegetation in their land, and devoured the crops of their fields. ¹ 

They worshiped ¹  Baal of Peor, and ate sacrifices offered to the dead. ² 

Now the Israelites ate manna forty years, until they came to a land that was inhabited; they ate manna until they came to the border of the land of Canaan.

The bad-looking, thin cows ate the seven fine-looking, fat cows. Then Pharaoh woke up.

They ate some of the produce of the land the day after the Passover, including unleavened bread and roasted grain. ¹ 

She brought it to Saul and his servants, and they ate. Then they arose and left that same night.

So he set it before them; they ate and had some left over, just as the Lord predicted. ¹ 

If I ate my morsel of bread myself, and did not share any of it with orphans ¹  –

Surely, he ate in darkness every day of his life, ¹  and he suffered greatly with sickness and anger.

The man said, “The woman whom you gave me, she gave ¹  me some fruit ²  from the tree and I ate it.”

So the Lord God said to the woman, “What is this ¹  you have done?” And the woman replied, “The serpent ²  tricked ³  me, and I ate.”

Then Jacob gave Esau some bread and lentil stew; Esau ate and drank, then got up and went out. ¹  So Esau despised his birthright. ² 

Then he ¹  said to his relatives, “Gather stones.” So they brought stones and put them in a pile. ²  They ate there by the pile of stones.

Then Jacob offered a sacrifice ¹  on the mountain and invited his relatives to eat the meal. ²  They ate the meal and spent the night on the mountain.
