For ¹  look, the kings assemble; ²  they advance together.

“Assemble and listen, you sons of Jacob; listen to Israel, your father.

and assemble the whole congregation at the entrance of the Meeting Tent.” ¹ 

But when you assemble the community, ¹  you must blow, but you must not sound an alarm. ²
