Like charcoal is to burning coals, and wood to fire, so is a contentious person 1 to kindle strife. 2
The light of Israel 1 will become a fire, their Holy One 2 will become a flame; it will burn and consume the Assyrian king’s 3 briers and his thorns in one day.
In the middle 1 of the living beings was something like 2 burning coals of fire 3 or like torches. It moved back and forth among the living beings. It was bright, and lightning was flashing out of the fire.
