The cherubim were spreading their wings ¹  upward, overshadowing the atonement lid with their wings. The cherubim ²  faced each other, ³  looking toward the atonement lid. ⁴ 

They made two more ¹  gold rings and attached them to the bottom of the two shoulder pieces on the front of the ephod, close to the juncture above the waistband of the ephod.

They attached to it a blue cord, to attach it to the turban above, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

Then he spread the tent over the tabernacle and put the covering of the tent over it, as the Lord had commanded Moses.

He took the testimony and put it in the ark, attached the poles to the ark, and then put the atonement lid on the ark.

If the person is from sixty years old and older, if he is a male the conversion value is fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

You and Aaron are to number ¹  all in Israel who can serve in the army, ²  those who are ³  twenty years old or older, ⁴  by their divisions. ⁵

“Number the Levites by their clans ¹  and their families; every male from a month old and upward you are to number.” ² 

Counting every male from a month old and upward, there were 8,600. They were responsible for the care ¹  of the sanctuary.
