Jesus 1 said these things while he was teaching in the synagogue 2 in Capernaum. 3
because he taught them like one who had authority, 1 not like their experts in the law. 2
And he was amazed because of their unbelief. Then 1 he went around among the villages and taught.
Now he was teaching in one of the synagogues 1 on the Sabbath,
Then 1 Jesus 2 traveled throughout 3 towns 4 and villages, teaching and making his way toward 5 Jerusalem. 6

If it is service, he must serve; if it is teaching, he must teach;

therefore 1 you who teach someone else, do you not teach yourself? You who preach against stealing, do you steal?
The people there 1 were amazed by his teaching, because he taught them like one who had authority, 2 not like the experts in the law. 3
While Jesus was teaching in the temple courts, he said, “How is it that the experts in the law 1 say that the Christ 2 is David’s son? 3
Day after day I was with you, teaching in the temple courts, yet 1 you did not arrest me. But this has happened so that 2 the scriptures would be fulfilled.”
Jesus 1 was teaching daily in the temple courts. The chief priests and the experts in the law 2 and the prominent leaders among the people were seeking to assassinate 3 him,
So 1 every day Jesus 2 was teaching in the temple courts, 3 but at night he went and stayed 4 on the Mount of Olives. 5
But they persisted 1 in saying, “He incites 2 the people by teaching throughout all Judea. It started in Galilee and ended up here!” 3
(Jesus 1 spoke these words near the offering box 2 while he was teaching in the temple courts. 3 No one seized him because his time 4 had not yet come.) 5
Jesus 1 went throughout all of Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, 2 preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of disease and sickness among the people.
Then Jesus went throughout all the towns 1 and villages, teaching in their synagogues, 2 preaching the good news of the kingdom, and healing every kind of disease and sickness. 3
At that moment Jesus said to the crowd, “Have you come out with swords and clubs to arrest me like you would an outlaw? 1 Day after day I sat teaching in the temple courts, yet 2 you did not arrest me.
