Now is the judgment of this world; now the ruler of this world ¹  will be driven out. ² 

Now we do speak wisdom among the mature, ¹  but not a wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are perishing.

For this reason a man will leave his father and mother, ¹ 

In the house once again, the disciples asked him about this.

and concerning judgment, ¹  because ²  the ruler of this world ³  has been condemned. ⁴ 

From the descendants ¹  of this man ²  God brought to Israel a Savior, Jesus, just as he promised. ³ 

Both the apostles and the elders met together to deliberate ¹  about this matter.

Wretched man that I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death?

I asked the Lord three times about this, that it would depart from me.

For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus ¹  for the sake of you Gentiles –

For this reason ¹  I kneel ²  before the Father, ³ 

Jesus replied, ¹  “You people ²  are from below; I am from above. You people are from this world; I am not from this world.

When ¹  they saw him, ²  they related what they had been told ³  about this child,

So ¹  Jesus said to them, “The people of this age ²  marry and are given in marriage.

But Jesus said, ¹  “Enough of this!” And he touched the man’s ²  ear and healed ³  him.

Jesus replied, ¹  “Everyone who drinks some of this water will be thirsty ²  again.

After this many of his disciples quit following him ¹  and did not accompany him ²  any longer.

So Pilate came outside to them and said, “What accusation ¹  do you bring against this man?” ² 

Therefore let it be known to you, brothers, that through this one ¹  forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you,

Now when they heard about ¹  the resurrection from the dead, some began to scoff, ²  but others said, “We will hear you again about this.”
